Ingram Micro Debuts Xvantage Integrations Hub in Australia, Targeting Operational Efficiency and Platform-First Growth

Ingram Micro is doubling down on its transformation into a platform-centric company with the Australian rollout of the Xvantage Integrations Hub, an automation tool that empowers businesses to integrate systems without writing a single line of code.

Unveiled to local partners following its global debut, the Hub is designed to simplify backend operations by offering secure, prebuilt workflows that plug into major enterprise software platforms. These include CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho, ERPs like Dynamics, as well as popular accounting systems such as QuickBooks and Xero. The integrations are aimed at reducing manual workloads and preventing revenue leakage, according to Ingram Micro executives.

Sonia Phillips, Director of Partner and Digital Experience for A/NZ, said the move reflects Ingram Micro’s larger ambition to deliver a seamless, collaborative digital environment for channel partners.

Backed by security protocols and aligned with global compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and ISO 27701, the platform ensures secure and scalable deployment, noted Kristy Comrie, Manager of Platform Consultants at Ingram Micro.

Global Platform Group President Sanjib Sahoo emphasized the significance of fast, reliable integrations in today’s platform economy:

“Integrations that once took months can now be completed in minutes. This is the kind of agility businesses need to thrive in a connected digital ecosystem.”

The Xvantage Hub builds on the momentum of Ingram Micro’s broader platform strategy, championed by CEO Paul Bay, to evolve the company beyond traditional distribution and into a future-ready technology partner.

With dozens more integrations expected to go live later this year, the Hub positions Ingram Micro to play a key role in modernizing how enterprise tech ecosystems operate—one connection at a time.
