When industrial technology companies prepare for growth, leadership restructuring often becomes a critical lever for execution. For Hudson Technologies, recent management appointments signal a coordinated effort to strengthen operations, enhance go-to-market strategy, and expand its presence in a rapidly evolving HVAC and refrigerant market.
The company has announced a series of senior leadership changes, including the promotion of Rob Stoody to Senior Vice President of Operations and the appointment of Kirk Reimer as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
These changes form part of a broader organizational realignment aimed at improving operational performance while positioning the company for sustained growth.
Aligning Operations with Growth Objectives
In his expanded role, Stoody will oversee plant operations, supply chain, and logistics, bringing together critical operational functions under a unified leadership structure.
Previously serving as Vice President of Supply Chain, Stoody led initiatives focused on sourcing, procurement, and distribution efficiency. His work has been closely tied to aligning operational performance with Hudson’s broader growth strategy.
Earlier in his tenure, Stoody also played a key role in securing and managing a major contract with the U.S. Defense Logistics Agency, helping strengthen the company’s government partnerships and service delivery capabilities.
According to Ken Gaglione, the leadership restructuring is designed to better leverage the company’s existing capabilities.
“As we move through 2026, we have restructured our senior management team to more effectively align our sales and service strengths with evolving market demands,” Gaglione said.
Strengthening the Supply Chain and Operational Leadership
As part of the operational reshuffle, Mostafa Parsa has been promoted to Vice President of Operations, building on his previous role overseeing plant operations nationwide.
Meanwhile, Cesar Alonso returns to the company as Vice President of Supply Chain, taking over responsibilities previously held by Stoody.
Alonso brings prior experience from his earlier tenure at Hudson, as well as leadership roles in demand planning at Honeywell, adding depth to the company’s supply chain capabilities.
Together, these appointments aim to reinforce Hudson’s ability to manage complex logistics and maintain operational efficiency in a market increasingly shaped by regulatory changes and sustainability demands.
Expanding Sales and Marketing Leadership
On the commercial side, Reimer’s expanded role combines sales and marketing leadership, reflecting a more integrated go-to-market approach.
Having previously led Hudson’s nationwide sales organization, Reimer has been instrumental in developing and executing the company’s sales strategies.
In his new position, he will oversee refrigerant sales, services, and marketing initiatives, with a focus on driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships.
Gaglione highlighted Reimer’s experience and market insight as key factors in the decision.
“Kirk’s deep understanding of the refrigerant market and longstanding customer relationships position him well to lead both our sales and marketing functions,” he said.
Enhancing Marketing Capabilities
Supporting the expanded commercial strategy, Meredith Baskies joins the company as Director of Marketing.
Baskies brings more than 15 years of experience in global marketing roles, including her most recent position at Gelest, where she led strategic marketing initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at BASF, focusing on long-term growth strategies and market expansion.
At Hudson, she will be responsible for shaping marketing strategy and identifying opportunities to expand the company’s go-to-market approach across both existing and new customer segments.
Positioning for Market Opportunities
The leadership changes come at a time when the refrigerant and HVAC industry is undergoing transformation, driven by environmental regulations, sustainability initiatives, and evolving customer demands.
Hudson Technologies, one of the largest refrigerant reclaimers in the United States, is positioning itself to capitalize on these shifts by strengthening both its operational backbone and commercial execution.
The company’s services — including refrigerant reclamation, system monitoring, and predictive maintenance solutions — are increasingly aligned with enterprise priorities around efficiency, sustainability, and compliance.
A Strategic Reset for Growth
The restructuring also includes the departure of former Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing Kate Houghton, marking a transition toward a new leadership structure.
With the updated team in place, Hudson aims to expand its customer base, deepen partnerships, and explore new market opportunities.
Gaglione emphasized that the company is well-positioned to build on its existing capabilities.
“With this new leadership team, we are focused on enhancing operational excellence while pursuing new opportunities across evolving market segments,” he said.
As industrial and energy-related sectors continue to modernize, companies like Hudson Technologies are increasingly relying on integrated leadership across operations, supply chain, and go-to-market functions to drive growth.
