As enterprises race to deploy AI agents across software development, operations, and customer-facing workflows, a new challenge is emerging: who watches the systems making decisions on their own?
That question is at the center of Coralogix’s latest growth strategy. The Boston-headquartered observability company, founded in Israel, has raised $200 million in Series F funding as it expands its platform to help organizations monitor, troubleshoot, and manage increasingly autonomous AI-driven systems.
The funding round values Coralogix at approximately $1.6 billion and arrives less than a year after the company secured $115 million in Series E financing, underscoring growing investor confidence in the infrastructure needed to support enterprise AI adoption.
The round was led by Advent and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB), with participation from Greenfield Partners and Brighton Park Capital. With this latest investment, Coralogix has raised roughly $550 million since its founding.
Building Visibility for an AI-Powered Future
The rapid rise of AI agents is changing how software is built and operated.
Unlike traditional applications that rely heavily on human oversight, AI-powered systems can write code, investigate incidents, automate workflows, and make operational decisions independently. While these capabilities create new efficiencies, they also introduce greater complexity and risk.
As a result, enterprises are increasingly looking for platforms that can provide visibility into how AI systems behave, why failures occur, and what actions need to be taken when problems emerge.
Coralogix operates in the observability sector, a market focused on helping organizations understand the health and performance of software environments through operational data such as logs, metrics, and traces.
The company’s platform enables engineering teams to detect outages, investigate incidents, optimize application performance, and maintain system reliability across complex digital environments.
Today, Coralogix serves more than 5,000 customers globally, including IBM, Tradeweb, and JFrog.
AI Is Reshaping Observability
The observability market has traditionally been dominated by providers such as Datadog, New Relic, and Splunk. However, the rise of generative AI is rapidly transforming the competitive landscape.
Rather than simply monitoring infrastructure, modern observability platforms are evolving into intelligent systems capable of helping engineers diagnose issues, surface insights, and automate operational workflows.
According to Coralogix Co-Founder and CEO Ariel Assaraf, enterprise customers are already changing the way they interact with observability tools.
More than half of the company’s enterprise customers now use either Coralogix’s AI assistant, Olly, or their own large language models to investigate incidents and analyze operational data.
Instead of navigating dashboards manually, engineers are increasingly asking AI systems to identify problems, explain root causes, and recommend solutions.
This shift represents a broader trend across enterprise software, where conversational interfaces and AI assistants are gradually replacing traditional application workflows.
Strong Enterprise Momentum
Coralogix’s growth reflects increasing demand for observability platforms that can support AI-native environments.
The company reported revenue growth of more than 60% over the past year and has expanded its footprint among large enterprise customers. According to Assaraf, approximately 30 organizations now spend more than $1 million annually on the platform.
The company also surpassed $100 million in annualized revenue more than a year ago, highlighting its growing presence in the enterprise software market.
Coralogix currently employs more than 600 people worldwide, with operations spanning the United States, Israel, India, and other global markets.
Its India office has become an increasingly important regional hub, supporting customers across Asia while helping the company expand relationships with large domestic enterprises, including organizations in the financial services sector.
Investing in AI, Security, and Global Expansion
Although Coralogix was not actively seeking additional capital, company leadership viewed the opportunity as a strategic move to accelerate growth.
The newly raised funding will support continued investment in AI-focused capabilities, cybersecurity offerings, product development, and international expansion initiatives.
As organizations deploy more AI-powered applications, observability is becoming a critical layer of enterprise infrastructure. Businesses need greater visibility not only into application performance, but also into the actions, decisions, and outputs generated by AI systems operating at scale.
For Coralogix, that trend represents a significant long-term opportunity.
The Next Phase of Enterprise AI Infrastructure
The AI boom has largely focused on foundation models, AI agents, and application development. Yet as these technologies move from experimentation to production environments, the supporting infrastructure behind them is becoming equally important.
Companies need tools that can ensure reliability, governance, compliance, security, and operational transparency across increasingly autonomous systems.
Coralogix is positioning itself at the center of that shift.
With fresh capital, accelerating enterprise adoption, and growing demand for AI observability, the company is betting that the next wave of enterprise AI growth will depend not only on building intelligent systems—but also on understanding and managing them effectively.
As AI agents become a larger part of day-to-day business operations, the ability to monitor those systems may prove just as valuable as the technology itself.
