Value-added distributor Dicker Data has strengthened its exclusive partnership with IT services specialist TechClick, broadening its offering of Microsoft-focused services to partners across Australia and New Zealand (A/NZ).
The expanded collaboration, building on the relationship first launched in April 2024, now includes TechClick’s full suite of Microsoft-funded assessment, migration and security services. This move aims to help more than 12,000 active Dicker Data partners accelerate digital transformation projects — especially as demand for cloud, AI and data-driven solutions continues to rise.
Over the past year, Dicker Data has already introduced over 100 partners to TechClick. Those engagements have supported hundreds of end-customers with complex Microsoft cloud migrations and assessments, helping partners capture new business opportunities that might have previously been beyond their technical capabilities.
“Expanding our TechClick offerings is a direct response to the increasing complexity our partners face as AI adoption and cloud transformation gather pace,” said Sarah Loiterton, general manager of Microsoft Cloud A/NZ at Dicker Data.
TechClick’s depth of expertise across all seven Microsoft specialisations gives partners an edge in delivering secure, scalable and strategically aligned outcomes, Loiterton added. This includes best practice approaches that not only fast-track customer projects but also improve confidence in meeting compliance and security standards.
As more Australian and New Zealand businesses embrace AI-powered solutions, including Microsoft Copilot, the need for secure data governance and robust frameworks becomes even more critical. According to Loiterton, TechClick’s expanded portfolio also opens doors to advanced security services, empowering partners to deliver more strategic value and reduce risk.
The collaboration is also aligned to broader opportunities such as business data transformation, leveraging technologies like Microsoft Fabric to modernise data estates and unlock AI readiness.
Regina Melamed, CEO of TechClick, emphasised that the extension is about much more than scaling service capacity — it’s about shifting how partners approach digital transformation.
“By embedding AI-readiness and security from day one, we help partners move beyond being just implementers to becoming trusted advisors. This creates a path to sustainable growth, minimises risk, and helps partners tap into emerging technologies without massive upfront investment,” Melamed said.
The move reinforces Dicker Data’s strategy of investing in partnerships that help channel partners stay ahead in an AI-powered landscape — and reflects a broader trend in the industry where distributors and service providers are increasingly working together to help customers move from experimentation to enterprise-wide AI adoption.
