Inn-Flow has appointed experienced software executive Lokesh Seth as its new Chief Executive Officer, bringing in a leader with a track record of scaling enterprise technology businesses as the company looks to expand its hospitality platform and accelerate AI-powered innovation.
The appointment, announced on November 5, 2026, marks a leadership transition for the US-based hotel technology company. Founder John Erhart will move into the role of Executive Chairman, where he will continue working with the leadership team and supporting the company’s long-term direction.
Seth brings more than 25 years of experience across enterprise software, financial technology and business transformation. Most recently, he served as CEO of Hazeltree, a treasury and liquidity software provider for alternative investment firms.
One of the most notable achievements in his career was helping scale DealCloud from less than US$2 million to more than US$200 million in annual recurring revenue. He also served as President of Financial Services at Intapp, following DealCloud’s acquisition by the company and its subsequent public listing in 2021.
Earlier in his career, Seth helped build iLevel into an analytics platform serving the private capital industry. His experience centres on developing software businesses that connect data, workflows and operational performance, capabilities that are increasingly relevant to Inn-Flow’s expansion.
Bringing Connected Operations to the Hospitality Industry
Founded in 2009, Inn-Flow was created to address operational challenges experienced by Erhart while managing his family’s hotel business. The company has since developed a cloud-based platform designed specifically for hotel management companies.
Its software brings together essential back-office functions, including accounting, labour management, payroll, procurement, facilities and business intelligence. By connecting these areas in one system, the platform aims to give hotel operators better visibility into expenses and performance across individual properties and wider portfolios.
The company has also been expanding its AI capabilities. In May 2026, Inn-Flow acquired Lilo, an AI-powered procurement platform built for hospitality businesses. The acquisition added purchasing, vendor management and spending intelligence to Inn-Flow’s existing accounting and labour capabilities.
This expansion supports the company’s broader strategy of reducing disconnected systems and helping hotel operators make more informed decisions. Its platform also incorporates AI agents designed to reduce manual work and identify operational issues earlier.
A New Leadership Chapter
Seth’s appointment comes as Inn-Flow looks to build on its product development and strengthen its position in the hospitality technology market.
He said he was attracted to the company’s operator-led approach, highlighting the importance of giving hotel management businesses connected systems rather than adding more disconnected software tools. His focus will be on building on the platform’s existing foundation and applying AI in ways that deliver practical benefits, including saving operators time and money.
Erhart said Seth brings the technology experience and leadership needed to take the company into its next phase. As Executive Chairman, he will remain closely involved, particularly in maintaining the company’s customer relationships and bringing his hospitality experience to its strategic direction.
The leadership change reflects a wider opportunity for specialised SaaS providers: combining industry-specific software, connected operational data and AI to solve practical business problems. For Inn-Flow, the next challenge will be turning those capabilities into measurable improvements for hotel operators.
