Financial leadership is becoming increasingly important as enterprise technology companies scale across AI, critical infrastructure, and digital security.

Modirum Platforms has appointed Antti Kekkonen as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a member of the Group Leadership Team, effective August 31, 2026. He will lead the company’s Strategy and Finance & Control functions while supporting its next phase of European growth.

Bringing Global Financial Leadership

Kekkonen joins Modirum Platforms with extensive experience in finance, strategy, and corporate leadership across international technology companies.

Before joining the company, he held senior leadership roles at Vaisala, Rovio, and Nosto, where he helped drive financial planning, strategic growth, and business expansion.

Supporting the Company’s Growth Strategy

The appointment comes as Modirum Platforms continues building its position as a European provider of comprehensive security solutions.

CEO and President Tero Silvola said the company’s next phase requires stronger alignment between strategy, capital allocation, financial management, and execution. He believes Kekkonen’s international experience will strengthen that effort.

Expanding Strategic Responsibilities

As CFO, Kekkonen will oversee corporate strategy, financial planning, reporting, financing, governance, and the company’s Finance & Control organization.

He will also support the evaluation of both organic expansion initiatives and future strategic investment opportunities.

Building on AI and Critical Infrastructure

Kekkonen said Modirum Platforms combines advanced technology with an ambitious long-term vision.

He highlighted the company’s work across critical communications, resilient infrastructure, operational platforms, and AI-enabled intelligence as key drivers of future growth.

Strengthening Enterprise Security

Modirum Platforms develops software platforms that improve critical communications, situational awareness, service assurance, and infrastructure protection.

Its solutions help organizations transform operational data into actionable intelligence, enabling faster decisions while improving resilience across essential services.

Looking Ahead

Antti Kekkonen’s appointment reflects Modirum Platforms’ continued investment in leadership as it expands across Europe.

By combining financial discipline with technology innovation, the company is strengthening the foundation needed to support long-term growth in enterprise security and AI-powered infrastructure.
