Myntra Appoints Pramod Adiddam as Chief Technology Officer to Strengthen Digital Platform Strategy

Indian fashion and lifestyle e-commerce leader Myntra has appointed Pramod Adiddam as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), reinforcing the company’s focus on innovation, scalability, and long-term technology leadership.

In his new role, Adiddam will be responsible for shaping Myntra’s overall technology roadmap, overseeing platform architecture, and strengthening the company’s technical capabilities as it continues to expand its customer base and product offerings. His appointment adds depth to Myntra’s senior leadership team at a time when the platform is scaling rapidly across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle segments.

With more than two decades of experience in building and operating large consumer-facing digital platforms, Adiddam brings extensive expertise in commerce infrastructure, marketplace systems, and emerging agentic and AI-driven models. He has led major engineering initiatives focused on platform resilience, multi-billion-dollar marketplace growth, and customer-centric product innovation.

Before joining Myntra, Adiddam held senior leadership positions at global technology companies including Google and Instacart, where he managed large international engineering teams. At these organizations, he played a key role in driving platform development, supporting marketplace expansion, and delivering technology solutions designed to serve millions of users at scale. His background aligns closely with Myntra’s engineering-first culture and long-term approach to technology investment.

Nandita Sinha, Chief Executive Officer of Myntra, highlighted the strategic importance of the appointment, noting that technology remains central to the company’s ability to deliver seamless shopping experiences.

“Technology is at the core of how Myntra serves millions of customers every day,” Sinha said. “As we continue to grow in scale and complexity, Pramod’s experience in building global platforms and his disciplined approach to execution will be critical in strengthening our technology foundations.”

Adiddam expressed enthusiasm about joining the company and contributing to its next phase of growth.

“Myntra has developed a strong and resilient technology platform with a clear focus on scale, rigor, and customer-centricity,” he said. “I look forward to working closely with teams across the organization to drive innovation and further enhance our technical capabilities in support of long-term growth.”

Reporting directly to CEO Nandita Sinha, Adiddam will work closely with product, engineering, and business leaders to ensure Myntra’s technology infrastructure remains flexible, secure, and future-ready.

His appointment follows other recent leadership additions, including the hiring of Ritesh Mishra as Senior Vice President and Head of Category and Revenue, reflecting Myntra’s broader effort to strengthen its executive team as competition in India’s e-commerce and digital retail market intensifies.

As online fashion and lifestyle platforms increasingly adopt AI-driven personalization, advanced logistics systems, and data-led merchandising strategies, Myntra’s investment in experienced technology leadership signals its intent to remain at the forefront of digital commerce innovation in the region.
