Tritusa Appoints Andrew White as Inaugural Global CEO to Lead Next Phase of Growth

Australian-founded SAP consulting specialist Tritusa has appointed Andrew White as its first-ever Global Chief Executive Officer, marking a major milestone as the firm moves from regional strength to global expansion.

The appointment signals Tritusa’s intent to scale its operations, leadership structure, and delivery model as demand grows for advanced SAP testing and quality assurance services—particularly in the context of cloud transformation and SAP S/4HANA migrations.

White brings more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry, including over 15 years in senior executive roles across consulting, testing, and technology services. His background spans global business growth, sales leadership, and enterprise transformation initiatives, positioning him to oversee Tritusa’s overall performance, strategic direction, and international expansion.

According to Jag Sothivel, Tritusa’s founder and Chief Technology Officer, the company is entering a critical stage that requires experienced executive leadership.

Sothivel said Tritusa aims to build on its reputation as a specialist SAP quality and testing consultancy in Australasia and extend that expertise globally. As the firm scales, leadership experience at an international level has become essential.

White’s career includes a recent stint as CEO of Perth-based IT services provider Pinnacle, as well as more than a decade in leadership roles at Planit Testing, where he served as Executive General Manager. Earlier in his career, he spent nine years with Randstad, holding multiple leadership positions across its technology and professional services divisions.

Sothivel noted that White’s leadership philosophy aligns closely with Tritusa’s core values—particularly as the firm continues to invest in AI-driven SAP testing and quality assurance. Tritusa’s approach focuses on automation-led regression testing, intelligent test data management, predictive quality insights, and advanced reporting to help enterprises deliver SAP transformations faster and with lower risk.

These capabilities are becoming increasingly critical as organisations accelerate SAP S/4HANA programs, adopt cloud-native and DevOps operating models, and face growing pressure to improve speed-to-value while maintaining system stability.

Tritusa currently operates across Australia, New Zealand, India, and North America, supported by strong offshore delivery capabilities. The firm already serves clients throughout the United States and Canada, markets that Sothivel describes as central to Tritusa’s global growth strategy.

He added that Tritusa has established relationships in these regions and continues to see strong demand from existing customers looking to deploy the firm’s services on a broader, international scale. Partnerships will also play a key role, with Tritusa leveraging its network to accelerate adoption in new markets.

North America, in particular, represents both a major growth opportunity and a centre of innovation for SAP ecosystems globally. Tritusa sees the region as critical not only for revenue growth, but also for deepening its expertise and bringing new insights back to customers worldwide.

Despite its expansion ambitions, Sothivel emphasized that Tritusa’s customer-first approach will remain unchanged. As the company invests further in global talent, infrastructure, and technology, its focus on delivering positive, measurable outcomes for clients will continue to guide decision-making.

With enterprises increasingly shifting to cloud-based, continuous SAP landscapes, the next chapter for Tritusa represents a defining moment—one where executive leadership, AI-enabled quality assurance, and global scale converge.
